
Polona is a passionate organizer, leading our local and global WTFL Start-Up Innovation Camps. With international experiences of working in start-up and non-profit organizations, she is always prepared for entrepreneurial ideas and digital solutions. She loves to travel in far places and relax with yoga.

Sarah is a business designer and organizing partner of the WTFL Start-Up Innovation Camp 2019. Together with them team she creates social media content and contacts suitable tourism related start-ups from around the world to join each of the Camps. In her free time she likes to be surrounded by water, on a surfboard or a boat.

Ben is a business designer and entrepreneur. He has built up his own business design studio in Berlin, helping start-ups and established companies to design their business models, services and user experience. Ben is an organising partner of the WTFL Start-Up Innovation Camp 2019. He helps to look for and invite the best tourism-related start-ups from all around the world to join the Camp.

Martin is bringing 25 years of corporate and academic career on board. In 2008, he founded World Tourism Forum Lucerne and since then his mission is to promote sustainable, innovative and diverse tourism and bridging the silos between generations. Martin spends his free time in Swiss nature.
